Hania Fisher
Hania Fisher is a qualified Kitchen designer that founded Purpose design Joinery, Which is a Wairarapa Based Service/Practice in 2021. The sole operator for 6 Months before be joined by Her sister Debbie Sinclair. Together they Provide a Custom design Joinery service, for all areas of clients Homes. In 2012 Hania first stared out in Kitchen design using cost effective modular systems
and advancing through to custom design, all the while expanding into Designing Joinery in all other areas of the home. For 6 Years she worked at Greytown based Renalls Joinery’s as their In house designer which gave her the opportunity to be hands on in the factory and work along side ‘Old school Joiners’ whose knowledge and expertise goes back 30 + years This has allowed her to deepened her understanding of Materials, Construction and Project management within the Industry. Combining that knowledge with her eye for detail she has been able to successfully achieve a high standard of Design work resulting in a High standard finished Product which has had satisfactory results with clients across the Wairarapa as well as into the Wellington region. While taking a logical approach to a lay out and understanding the functionality of a space, she will also keep up to date with the latest trends and styles. This in turn will help her when determining the individual requirements of the family or the running of the home, understanding that no two families are exactly the same. So by Working along side the clients, Hania will guide and assist clients in determining the best lay out, that works well, looks good and is a pleasure to be in. Debbie Sinclair
Debbie Sinclair is a Qualified Wardrobe designer that has worked closely with Hania in all other areas of Joinery design. Prior to working under purpose design Joinery, she did on the job training in Assisting with Design Services. Concentrating firstly on understanding materials and products through into CAD Drawings and then project management. Debbie enjoyed working closely with the Joinery factory learning the ins and outs of the factory process which helped her to understand the practical side of joinery and design. She worked as Hania's personal assistant for 2 years learning from her and the Joinery team. Debbie has found her own flare for design specifically enjoying transforming the wardrobe space in the home adding in designing Laundry’s, libraries, bookshelves and Bathrooms. And Of Late after much time and effort Debbie has been able to work solely on whole house Joinery Design which now includes Kitchens and sculleries. During consultation Debbie will ask all relevant questions, but most importantly listen attentively to the everyday operation of a client and their home so as to best utilize the space to fit their needs. Staying well up to date with latest trends and styles as well as mechanisms Debbie’s designs are exceptional in her field. She is determined to have the best outcome both visually and practically and can design to suit a wide range of budgets.
