Spring is here and there’s plenty happening.
Here’s what’s coming up:

Friday nights, 4-8pm: Our Friday nights are continuing through the summer. Come for dinner and a glass of URLAR.

Sun 1 Nov, 9am-midday: Season’s at URLAR market. Local makers, bakers, growers and coffee by the lake. Book a table for lunch, and leave time to wander the stalls first.

Wed 4 Nov, 2-8pm: Urban Cellar Door, The Atrium, Exchange Building, Wellington. Tess and Aaron will be pouring URLAR. Get your tickets through Wairarapa W**e.

From Thu 5 Nov: Thursdays at the Cellar Door, 11am-4pm. Lunch and w**e tastings, bookable online.

Sun 8 Nov: Pink Ribbon Lunch at The White Swan, with our URLAR Rosé Brut being poured on the day.

Sat 21 Nov, 9am-4pm: Find us at Cross Hills Country Fair in Kimbolton.

This is where the next vintage begins.

Buds are bursting, shoots are pushing on and the vineyard is filling with new growth.

It might look like a lot of green right now, but these are the first steps towards the grapes that will become our next w**es.

What happens when 25 of Aotearoa’s organic w**e producers get together in one room?

A pretty good evening, if you ask us.

A few weeks ago, Kohei headed to Auckland to pour URLAR at Down to Earth, alongside some of the country’s finest certified organic w**e producers.

With more than 70 w**es to taste, plenty of passionate people behind the bottles and a room full of curious w**e lovers, it was a chance to share a little of what we do here at URLAR, and taste what’s happening across the wider organic w**e community.

A lovely evening, and a good reminder that there’s a lot to be excited about in organic w**e in Aotearoa.

A glass of bubbles, a plate of karaage and nowhere else to be.

For a short time, our Méthode Traditionnelle is available by the glass, usually reserved for the bottle.

Made in the traditional method, with the same approach used for Ch*****ne, it’s bright, crisp and made for lingering over.

Come by, pour a glass, order the chicken and stay awhile.

This Sunday, 4 October, Seasons at URLAR Pop-Up Market is back with our pop-up market bringing together good food, local makers, coffee and more, all with the vineyard as the backdrop.

From 9am to midday, you’ll find a fantastic line-up of stallholders including Butter Works, Finn's Gold and Featherston Bakery, to name a few.

Wander the stalls, grab something to eat, enjoy a coffee, or settle in for a glass of w**e.

Can’t make it this weekend? Seasons at URLAR will be back again on 1 November.
