A rare tasting of time.
On Friday 31 July, we’re opening the cellar for W**e, Oak & Time - an intimate winter tasting of eight Brick Bay reds built to last.
Guided by Cameron Douglas MS, you’ll taste rare vintages of Pharos and Martello Rock, including w**es dating back to 2005.
Each pour will be matched with a small plate by Head Chef Cam Cook, designed to lift the w**e and reveal what time, oak and careful cellaring can do.
With very limited quantities remaining, this may be one of the last chances to experience these older w**es in a guided tasting.
Tickets include a welcome cocktail, eight w**e pours and matched small plates.
