Hi all,
The tower at Moutere has dropped offline for some reason, Anthony is heading up tonight to see whats going on. We'll keep you posted
EDIT: Sorry folks, we aren't going to be able to get up tonight, it'll be tomorrow unfortunately
12/10 - sorry team, we've been let down by a charger that's dead "out of the box" - theres a temporary charger on it now thats barely big enough but all we could get at short notice. Its slowly putting charge in but could be a while before it gets enough to start the site back up. Heading back up tomorrow with some spare batteries, and a known good charger.

**RESOLVED** Our Moutere tower is currently offline.

As the track is impassable with the recent weather, our team will be taking a helicopter up tomorrow with the replacement gear we need to fix it - and we will get you back online as soon as possible.

**UPDATE: all Moutere connections should now be operating as normal. If you are experiencing connectivity issues, please call us on 0508 975 377**

We hate it when things go wrong!!

The issue this morning has been traced to a fault with equipment that connects our network to the outside world.

We have completed repairs on this and it is now doing what it should.
We will be working on replacing this with new equipment as a priority.

We have made some changes in the exchange in Invercargill, and replaced a piece of equipment that was misbehaving. If your internet is still down, please get in touch!

Our network has had some major interruptions this morning. This has affected data and phones meaning people trying to reach our office number cannot get through.

Our team are working to find and resolve what has caused these issues.

We apologise for your interruption in service.

Good morning folks - the gloomy weather has got to the batteries at our Patearoa site, so there is unfortunately no internet this morning for those in the Patearoa/ Styx area. The landowner is doing us a big favour and starting the generator for us - so we hope to have you all back on ASAP - thanks for your patience

Hi folks - there is a problem at Evans Flat that is causing slow/no internet. We have a tech going up into the clouds at the Blue Mountain tower to replace a radio, and there is also a bit of work to be done at the tower itself. We hope to have you all back to normal this afternoon.
Update 5:30PM - work has been completed, and y'all should be all back up & running - Thanks to Bevan & co for sorting
