We're excited to share that we have recently moved into our newly refurbished offices.

Still located at 32 Hastings Street, Napier, you’ll now find us on the ground floor in a refreshed, modern space that pays tribute to the rich history of the building.

Highlights of the refurbishment include:
• A new meeting room built within the building’s original bank safe, preserving a unique piece of its past
• Two additional meeting rooms fitted with Autex acoustic panels for improved soundproofing and functionality
• Restoration of some of the buildings features, such as the old terrazzo flooring and the new boardroom feature skylight

If you need to book a meeting space or desk space, get in touch with us! We have increased our number of available desks so currently have some available. We look forward to welcoming you to our new space!

Another cool photo taken during the Napier Art Deco 2025 festival of our cool office building "The Bank" on Hastings Street. What a great place for the stilt performer to rest her weary legs! The photo was found on the Hawke's Bay Photographs page where you can find some amazing photos of the festival.

For the first time in years, we have one of our group spaces coming available at The Bank Serviced Office in the New Year. This is an adaptable space suitable for 3-8 people. We are so proud that last night The Bank was awarded the Art Deco Trust Heritage Building Revamp Award, in recognition of the efforts undertaken to breathe life back into one of Napier’s heritage buildings. I have included a before and after photo below for reminiscing! We just love our new space!

We have welcomed our latest recruits to the office, Stephen Peters and the Napier based team from McMahon Electrical Engineering. McMahon is a name that has been involved in the successful delivery of significant power generation and industrial electrical projects in New Zealand for over 30 years.
