โจ What a day! โจ
Thank you Phillippa Gardiner ,Gill, Bettina Uschtrin , and Marcel for joining our baking course last weekend!
It was our brand-new course, full of delicious creations and lots of laughter.
We started with fresh Tagliatelle in Aglio e Olio, then moved on to handmade Ravioli with a traditional Napoletana sauce. Everyone created their own wood-fired pizza masterpiece and wow, they looked amazing!
To finish, we indulged in cinnamon swirls with sour cream icing, ice cream, and cream
And everyone took home their own fresh focaccia.
Such a beautiful day shared with beautiful souls ๐
