Every 40 seconds, someone in the world takes their own life 😢 because alot of people suffer in silence and think it's weak to speak 🗣️
We need to honour our word, we need to walk the talk and practise what we preach. We need to look after ourselves as we encourage others to do the same through self-care and speaking up. Seek to understand, not to cast judgement. Safe conflict and safe confrontation with the intent to help people with whatever they're going through 💓
Most of us have lost a family member/or friend who has taken their life and we know how hard it is so we need to remind others that 𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗜𝗡'𝗧 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗞 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞 🗣️
