You may have seen the news this morning.

If not, we have some difficult news to share.

Our owner, Mercury, has decided to close Now. This comes after looking at how our brand fits into their future plans.

We want to let you know directly: nothing changes for you today. Your services will continue as normal while we work through this in an orderly way over the coming months.

We will be in touch with you before the end of August with more information about what this means for you.

Thank you for your patience and support. We will keep you updated.

⚡️This Wednesday, the 11th of September, our Now Hub in Napier will be closed for the day to allow for some electrical work to be completed ⚡️

Don't worry though, our teams will be working hard from home to support you, and will return to onsite operations on Thursday.

⚠️Now Impacted by Global IT Outage⚠️

Our services and teams are back to operating as normal, and busy working through any residual issues customers may have had overnight. Thank you for your patience. Our technical services team are working throughout this weekend from 8.30am - 5pm, Saturday and Sunday. Our engineers will continue to monitor the situation. Thanks - The Now team.


9:00PM
Our team continue to return things back to normal. Our contact centre is now closed (out of business hours), but we're expecting to be operating as normal tomorrow from 8.30am (please be patient as we may have a high number of customers to respond to).

Like many businesses across Aotearoa and the world, Now has been impacted by the unfolding IT issue, related to Crowdstrike.

As a precautionary measure we've taken our contact centre and some services offline (due to the issue). Our network itself is operating as normal, but many customers are being impacted by the global IT issue. We will provide updates here as they become available.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as this situation quickly unfolds 🙏
