Our 19 year old granddaughter is looking to move up to Hawke’s Bay but it’s on the condition she has a job. She has some work experience but not much as she has had to juggle her netball career (plays for the Pulse development team). She has a lovely soul and wants to learn, so will consider any job preferably in the Napier area. If you know of any school leaver jobs, full or part time, casual or permanent please let me know and I can forward her resume.

Be the reason your team wants to stay.

The great Leaders realise staff have a choice. Have a think about the type of Leader you work for and does it align with what gets the best out of you.
