The difference between a toxic Leader who and a great one isn’t hard to spot.

➟ Promote toxic people
➟ Make it all about them

Great Leaders do the opposite.

➟ They build trust
➟ They listen
➟ They coach
➟ They protect the culture
➟ They give credit
➟ They earn loyalty

Because real leadership isn’t about control. It’s about confidence, clarity, and putting the team first.

The best Leaders know:

When your people win, your company wins.
Be the reason your team wants to stay.
Not the reason they walk away.

The great Leaders realise staff have a choice. Have a think about the type of Leader you work for and does it align with what gets the best out of you.
