Napier, Taradale and Hastings. Originally founded in 1976 as Warren’s Funeral Services, we moved to our current site in the late 1980s.

For over 40 years Beth Shan Funerals have been part of the community and have built a reputation on offering genuine, caring assistance to families. This location was occupied by St David’s Church which now forms part of our funeral chapel. Centrally located in Georges Drive, Napier, Beth Shan offers families the use of a large modern chapel with a restful water feature, reception rooms, a casket

display showroom, a display of headstones and memorials, and private spaces for families to view loved ones

McNABB, Michael Steven.
Michael passed away suddenly after a short illness on Saturday, 9 May 2026, aged 62 years.
Loved honey of Michelle. Devoted father of Jo and Alan, and Lexi and Mathew. Treasured Grandad of Milly, Grayson, and Ellody. A loved son, brother, uncle and friend to many. A special thanks to Cranford Hospice and all the healthcare workers for their support and care during Michael’s illness. To our whanau and friends who also showed their manaaki toward Michael, we appreciate you all.
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at Kini Kini Station, 1154 Kini Kini Road, Mahia on Wednesday, 13 May at 11.00am. Messages to the McNabb Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.

Jan passed away peacefully on Sunday, 3 May 2026, aged 73 years.
Dearly loved Mum of Donna, Teela, and Wade and an adored Nan and Great Nan of many.
A service for Jan will be held in the Beth Shan Chapel, 157 Georges Drive, Napier on Wednesday, 6 May at 10.30am.
