In this case, it helped fill a room with music, movement, and people showing up for a great cause.

For the Hands Up for Hospice Zumba fundraising event headed by our very own Cristy Aydon, we created custom event tees worn by participants, instructors, and supporters, with every shirt helping raise funds for Nelson Hospice.

On Saturday we swapped the office for the dance floor and took part in a group Zumba session for Hands Up for Hospice Month.

A huge thank you to Fully Promoted Nelson - formerly EmbroidMe and ZUMBA WITH RENATA for organizing such a fun community event in support of an incredible cause.

Hands Up for Hospice Month is all about raising awareness and vital funds for hospice services in our community. Hospice provides compassionate care, support and dignity for people facing life-limiting illness. Not just for patients, but for their families too.

What many people don’t realize is that hospice services rely heavily on donations and fundraising to continue operating. The care they provide is priceless, but it comes at a real cost, and every bit of support makes a difference.

It was amazing to see people come together, have fun, and support such an important cause. My legs may not have thanked me yesterday 😅 but my heart certainly did.

If you can, please consider supporting Hospice this month - whether that’s donating, volunteering, attending an event, or simply helping spread awareness 🧡
