"PBS has not just been a startup, but it has been a family to me since September 2019. As one of the founding members and first-ever Head of External Matters, I’ve had the honour to represent PBS to Nelson Tasman's business community. I don’t think I would have gained such exposure if I just worked on my course assignments rather than trying to make a difference by contributing to the region’s businesses. I was very fortunate to have such an amazing team whom I can’t thank enough... Peter Daebel for being such an amazing mentor, Oleg Pakshin and Anoushka Silva for being such amazing colleagues, and everyone else too, we PBS were more than just a collegiate consultancy, we were and are a family!

From gaining my first experience to work in a New Zealand business environment to have made friends and connections for a lifetime, this journey has been amazing! Leaving Nelson wasn’t in my plans, but like it’s said, life goes on, so I had to but I’ll be ever-present when PBS will need me, and I’ll always be a proud ambassador and alumni of PBS".

Pareto Business Solutions ™ celebrated its “First Anniversary” since its inception from just an assignment by our Founder Peter Daebel to being a well established Collegiate Business Consulting Company. And We would like to thank our partners Mahitahi Colab, Nelson Tasman (NRDA), Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce, NMIT and to all our clients who believed in us that we’re not just a bunch of students. We take pride in calling ourselves NMIT’s young professionals and the feedback that we have received from our clients has been rousing!
