Meet Ben Douglas — Director and Founder at JAS Accounting and Advisory, and a familiar face behind our community involvement.

Between Nelson and Richmond, Ben works with clients from all over the country, so no matter where you’re based, you get the same hands-on approach. Locally, he chairs the Nelson Giants and sits on the board for Touch New Zealand, plus lends his support to everything from rugby, football and netball to golf, motorsport and local events around the region.

A great weekend of rugby ahead!

We're proud to again support the Goodman 7's Tournament, with U11-U13 teams from across the Top of the South coming together for a day of seven-a-side rugby.

A huge congratulations to everyone from Ricki Herbert Football Academy who took part in the Youth World Challenge NY in New York! ⚽

JAS Director Dean was proud to be part of the journey, coaching and supporting the team as they represented New Zealand on the international stage.

A massive well done to all the players, coaches and families involved. The commitment, passion, and teamwork shown throughout the experience is something to be incredibly proud of.

Based in Nelson and Richmond, Brad works with clients right across the country — because growing your business with you doesn't stop at the region. He's just as hands-on in the community, chairing the Audit and Risk Committee at Sports Tasman and serving as Treasurer of Nelson Bay Community Law Service, alongside backing a whole lineup of local clubs and schools across the region.

The FIFA World Cup final might have just wrapped up... but we've got a world cup of our own to get excited about! 🏆

We always love flicking through the newsletters from the local schools and community groups we support — and this one made us smile.

Huge congratulations to Thomas Steele and Thomas Churstain from Tamahere Model Country School, who've been selected to represent New Zealand at the 2026 Youth World Challenge in New York! The tournament runs 21–26 July and brings together talented young players from around 48 countries.

We're proud to support both Tamahere Model Country School and the Ricki Herbert Football Academy, so it's always a pleasure to see the local kids we cross paths with achieving big things.

What an achievement. We'll be cheering you both on from home 💛🖤
