Meet Alex Coles — Principal at JAS Accounting and Advisory, and someone who never says no to giving back.

Based in Nelson, Alex brings the same hands-on, client-first approach to the community as he does to the office — regularly giving up his evenings and weekends for the clubs and causes he cares about. As Treasurer of Stoke Nayland Cricket Club and Club Waimea, and a Board of Trustees member at Birchwood School, he’s putting in time year-round behind the scenes. On top of that, he’s out coaching juniors at Nelson Suburbs Football Club every week — training nights, weekend games, and the odd tournament away — because grassroots sport doesn’t run itself.

Swipe through to meet Alex and see what’s on his bucket list!

Want Alex or someone from our team in your corner? We’ve got offices in Nelson, Richmond, Waikato, and Blenheim, and clients right across New Zealand.

A little community spotlight on the Nelson Senior Rep Team following their tournament in Ashburton last week. 🏐

With our own Jaunita in the squad, alongside connections to Hattie's Cafe and Mike Greer Homes, we were proud to support a team so closely connected to the JAS community.

Proud to support local sport and our community. 💛
