He Rau Hāpai - Group Relief Farm Assistant (Bovine and Ovine)

The primary focus of the role is to assist the Ahuwhenua (Farms) team with a range of expertise to manage the differing properties covering periods of absence and leave taken by Farm Managers and staff, along with assisting on the farms with regular duties throughout the year for both Bovine and Ovine departments.

Preferred candidates for this role will have a working knowledge of farming especially dairy and dairy support operations and a high commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding and empathy with Māori aspirations for economic development and of tikanga Māori.

A Special General Meeting of Parininihi ki Waitōtara Shareholders will be held on the 4th of July 2026 held at:

Muru Raupatu Marae, 231 Te Arei Road West, Bell Block New Plymouth

The Pōwhiri will be held at 9am followed by Registrations and the meeting will begin at 10am.
