Our Autumn 2025 issue of Seafood magazine has landed!

Our cover story is all about sausage – crayfish sausage, that is.

This innovative collaboration between Keith Mawson at Egmont Seafoods Ltd, fisher Rob Ansley, Massey University, Fiordland Lobster Company and the Ministry for Primary Industries, could give Taranaki’s commercial fishing crews a new way to successfully catch a haul of fish without endangering Maaui dolphins.
