A little look at what’s happening at IGLOO 👀

This project is seriously impressive. Think of a giant fridge roughly the size of TWO football fields! 😳

There is a huge amount happening behind the scenes on a build of this scale, and our team has been busy getting the plumbing infrastructure in place before it all disappears from view.

These are just a few progress shots from site this week. There’s plenty more to come from this one and we’ll share the full project once it all comes together.

A recent hydrant main installation completed by the Pipewise team 🔥💧

New hydrant main installed, including electrofusion welding, valve and hydrant assemblies, concrete surrounds and access chambers.

A fair bit happening underground before everything gets covered back up!

Another solid job by the boys

The tools got a well-earned day off today as the boys swapped pipe wrenches and excavators for paintball markers!
After working incredibly hard over the last few months, this was a chance to let off some steam, have a few laughs, and enjoy a bit of friendly competition between the Pipewise and Complete Drainage crews.
Safe to say there were plenty of hits, plenty of banter, and a whole lot of team spirit. Thanks to everyone for making it such an awesome day.
Here's to great people, great companies, and doing it all again next year! 💪🎯

Stormwater done right out in Mangere 👌

This setup is all about control and performance. We’ve taken the roof runoff and brought it into a managed system that slows the flow, captures debris, and directs everything safely to the discharge point.

Clean install, tidy pipework, and built to handle heavy rain without causing issues around the building.

Another solid job by the Pipewise team 💧
