If there's one thing we want you to feel when working with us, it's: Relieved. We know what it's like to have a lot on your plate, so let us help lighten that load 🤝

Leading your whānau, hapū, or iwi is a responsibility carried in service to others. Building and sustaining a pakihi is no small task — we know the weight that comes with it 🫠

We exist to walk alongside leaders and kaupapa, helping organise ideas, strengthen strategy, connect the right people, and build the systems needed to grow visions that create lasting value for whānau and community.

Strong leadership grows through connection, clarity, and support. You’ve got this 🤝 Together, we build it.

Not all leadership is out front 👀

A lot of the mahi that keeps things moving happens quietly, in the organising, the connecting, the checking in, the making sure everyone’s where they need to be. That’s the kind of steady energy our Poutokomanawa Paremo & Kelly bring every day 🌿

Here they are on the mahi...while Keti is busy distracting Courtney with her dry jokes 🙃🤣

📣 Good news: You don't have to carry the vision of your whole kaupapa, do all the admin, wear all the pōtae, by yourself 🥹 Reach out to the team if you need some support somewhere - anywhere, in your pakihi 📞

There’s no one way to lead this mahi. Some voices speak directly to harm, naming what has been overlooked and creating space for awareness and honesty. Others build understanding, making complex relationships visible and helping people see how the taiao, the economy, and our daily lives are connected 🌿

There are also those who work within systems, reshaping how decisions are made and embedding whakaaro Māori into policy, investment, and strategy. They hold the line for tikanga in spaces where it is often absent, influencing outcomes over time. Each of these roles strengthens a wider collective movement. Together, they create the conditions for balance, continuity, and enduring wellbeing for our uri whakaheke 🌱

Where do you see yourself in this? 👀
