WHAT IS THE ADKAR MODEL?
The ADKAR Model, developed by Prosci, is a change management framework that focuses on guiding individuals and organizations through successful transitions by addressing five key stages: Awareness of the need for change, Desire to support it, Knowledge of how to change, Ability to implement new skills or behaviors, and Reinforcement to sustain the change. It emphasizes that change is ultimately about people, making it a practical tool for overcoming resistance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
