As our eggs are super fresh, they can be hard to peel when hardboiled, so I leave one dozen in the fridge for a week, and then they peel really easily. Alternatively, if you cant wait for the week, plunge them into ice cold water immediately after boiling and the shell comes off a little easier.

Spring is here and the girls are laying up a storm, with plenty of beautiful free range eggs for all. At only $10.00 per dozen, we have 3 areas you can get them from, Whakatane & Kawerau and direct from our farm at 501 Grieve Road, Whakatane. Pick up times for the farm are Monday & Tuesday's - 3.00pm to 5.00pm. Pick up days in Kawerau are Wednesday and Friday between 5.30pm and 6.00pm
Whakatane delivery day is Wednesday.

See for yourself, the photo below shows part of todays collection and the smallest one is equal to a size 6. The rest are 7's and jumbos. So delicious, so place your order by sending us a message so you don't miss out.

Just a quick reminder for our regulars that we have changed our Kawerau Eggs to a delivery service on Friday between 5 and 5.30pm. If ordered, your eggs will be dropped direct to your door. Thanks

There won't be any egg deliveries this week. The girls are coming off their annual moult, so production is down. Back to normal from Monday the 28th April. Sorry for any inconvenience, but despite the weather, we hope you had a good Easter weekend.
