1/ Collection Fee's Cover -

Recycling of your Whiteware and Non-Whiteware Item's, Car running cost, Fuel and Trailer Hire.

All Whiteware Must be Free from any Food Waste and Rubbish.

*Items that are Unclean will not be collected.

For Commercial Items, please enquire.

2/ Reason for No Collection -

a) Items not ready for collection.
b) Given the wrong address.
C) *Unclean Whiteware.
d) No payment, No Collection.

3/ Revisit Fee's May Apply -

Whiteware: $25.00 per unit.

4/ Bookings -

Address is needed for bookings.

All items need to be *paid for and booked in before your items can be collected.
*Unless paying by Cash. (Cash Payments are available during: Red Light.)

5/ Collection Days -

Saturday Between 8am and 6pm. *

*(Day's and Times will change without notice)

6/ Where to place your items for collection -

*Within your property.

*Easy to get to.

7/ Receipts by request.

8/ Payments -

Internet Banking.

9/ Refunds -

Refunds will only be given only if you have cancel your items to be collected within (3) three working days prior of Collection Day.
