A beautiful Home Automation build we completed from early in the year, using KNX automation systems along with AV, security and technical systems.

A stunning build by Wayne Adam Builders which was recognised with a regional gold award, regional lifestyle award, the regional category winner and also top 100 in NZ in this year's House of the Year Awards.

Our team had the privilege to work on this stunning automated home which won a gold award in the recent 2021 NZ House of the year.

The owner wanted a bold style so we had a number of amazing Retro light fixtures made in Melbourne.

Hats off to Mike Campbell Construction for an incredible build.

Here is a close up shot of an amazing bookshelf we lit up using a great low glare linear profile by called Tiny Tim 11.
The rebated diffuser reduces glare and hides the light source.

This in 2700k colour temperature at 9.6w.

A stunning home we were a part of has just won the National Category Award for house of the year 2021.
It also scooped the national sustainable award.

We all really enjoyed working on this one.

Up to two Regional Supreme Awards are awarded at each regional event - one for a New Build the other for a Renovation. This is for the best new build in the region.
