I am a photographer who studied the Bachelor of Applied Visual Imaging at UCOL. I do advertising, fashion, beauty, portraiture, and landscapes.

I'm Stephanie Hedges, a Photographer for Jack'N'Jill Portraits who has just graduated with the Bachelor of Applied Visual Imaging majoring in Photography. I'm also a multiple-award winning photographer as of September 2012 with my two Bronze Awards that I gained at the NZIPP Iris Awards in Christchurch. In August 2013 I received another Bronze Award at the NZIPP Iris Awards in Auckland. And in September 2013 at the AIPP APPA awards I also received two Silver Awards.

Ok, so Stephanie Hedges Photograpy has been very quiet lately. I've been working full time, studying part time, teaching myself to bake, photographing and editing, and attempting to have a social life all at once.

So here's a snippet of the Bump to Baby progress we did for Sophie, from the first trimester to just after birth.

I was very lucky to be chosen as the photographer for this beautiful couple's special day. It was amazing and beautiful and I am so excited to show their sneak peek to everyone.

I wish these two beautiful people and their gorgeous daughter all the best in their future together.

Ok so Stephanie Hedges Photography hasn't been super active but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things - starting with some photos I've had for a while and haven't shared. Getting back into photography whilst having a full time job is difficult, but I'm going to try!

So here's one of the gorgeous Caley - she's definitely been one of the best models I've had! Love you x

Finally getting around to editing photos I haven't been able to edit for a while. Been busy with work and hadn't cracked the colours, until now.

I can barely contain myself, I love this image. It wasn't quite working for me in colour and it was frustrating me. So I figured why not turn it Black and White? And BAM. I love it!

Thanks Kate for being a lovely model and your gorgeous boy Elmo was so good!

Yesterday I found the skateboard prop I borrowed from Penny from my time as a portrait photographer with Jack'n'Jill Portraits, and decided to put Penny's cat on it. He took a lot of coaxing and cat treats to get near it. Isn't he majestic?
