A clearance report doesn’t always mean a site is completely asbestos-free—it confirms there is no asbestos within the specified scope. Some areas may be excluded if removal is too difficult before demolition. Here are some example of asbestos fibre cement in the subfloor of a building that was excluded from a recent asbestos clearance report.

Our asbestos team is hard at work building a sealed walkway to protect staff while we prepare for the demolition of an asbestos-contaminated warehouse. Using scaffolding and shrink wrap, this tunnel ensures a safe, dust-free entry and exit while work is underway.
