Happy New Year everyone — we hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

As we begin the year, our office feels a little different. Kyle and I had a very sad end to 2025, saying goodbye to our beloved Jakey boy.

To everyone who stopped by the shop and gave him tummy scratches or treats — please know he loved every single one of you. We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful vet Brett at , and Jake’s groomer Kim from Papamoa. He trusted and adored you both.

Jakey’s fluff will still be floating around for a while yet, so his presence lives on. Let’s give a big shout-out to our trusty boy Jakey 💙

Kyle & Rach would also like to sincerely thank everyone who has sent messages and emails of condolence — your kindness has meant so much to us 🐾

We're back and ready to kick off the new year! Our first week back has shown just how much we were missed during the holiday period, and it’s been wonderful hearing from our lovely customers again.

As we approach the end of 2024, here's an update on our schedule:

Last day for servicing: Friday, 20th December 2024.
Holiday closure: We'll be taking a break and returning refreshed on Monday, 6th January 2025.
