📌 Reminder: 3G network shutdown coming soon

I am sure you've seen my other posts reminding you all that service providers are phasing out the 3G network across NZ.

Of particular concern are those still using 3G for their security systems.

That's because I am still hearing from people who are being misled about the 3G shutdown and how they need to spend thousands on a new system, when that's simply not the case.

If your security alarm monitoring system uses 3G, it will stop communicating once the shutdown is complete.

❌ But that doesn't mean you have to replace the whole thing; you likely only need to replace the communication module.

What should you do?
