Pre-drilled guide holes to show you where your trusses need to sit, laminated layouts to site and individual PDFs for each frame, by the time our frames hit your build it's like putting together a kitset. And if anything isn't quite right - we're always at the end of the phone.

This customer was looking for a quick, easy and cost effective solution to turn one end of a new implement shed into a space that could be used as an office or spare accommodation.

Working together with their portal frame supplier we were able to detail and prefabricate infill frames using New Zealand Steel Axxis framing that fit tightly in place when they arrived on site which allowed the team to keep a tight programme for their customer.

RBoard+ thermal break is easy. This week the team onsite had two sides of this build wrapped in less than a day. That's thermal break and building wrap hung, cavity battens on, ready to go. One of the most satisfying parts of any project is seeing months of planning, engineering, and manufacturing come together on site.

The framing on this build has gone up at an incredible pace, transforming what was an empty slab just a few days ago into a recognisable building. Even with a significant amount of rain during installation, the job has continued to progress rapidly.

This one ain't glamourous, but at Steel It Limited this is our rubbish bin. Literally. That's it. And it only goes out every second week.

The hard work that goes into designing each job means there is almost no waste. At the end of a job we have a couple of offcuts from the end of the coil and a bucket full of scrap from the rollforming process, all of which goes into the recycling bin.

Using New Zealand Steel Axxis framing adds up -
