🗳️🇳🇿 Friends and Whānau of Otaki, it's time to talk about the upcoming election and the future of our community. Terisa Ngobi has shared some crucial information that deserves to be heard far and wide, information that could shape our future. 🌟

For our Maori and Pasifika brothers and sisters, this election holds significant importance. Voting for Terisa in the Otaki seat and supporting Labour means ensuring our communities continue to receive the support they need. 🤝

Let's be clear about the stakes here. If National & Act take power, they've made it clear that MPP and various support networks could be on the chopping block. We face a choice – endure these changes or make a stand for our tangata whenua and tangata fanua. 🗳️✊

The power to decide lies with each of us. Let's make sure our voices are heard and that we choose a government that stands for the well-being of all New Zealand citizens. 🌏🗳️

Wayne is a successful business owner and family man with deep roots in the Community and is ACT's candidate for Otaki. The Sewing Clinic are running some school holiday craft and sewing classes for kids. Send your kids along or tell your friends about the classes!

Back by popular demand we are once again running our toy making workshops these school holidays. It's a one day program, and an awesome chance for kids to learn sewing skills. It's been a while since television programmes were being made out of The Lindale Village but the team at Umbrella Multimedia have produced a 6-hour Pacific Music Special being broadcast on Freeview Channel 200 (Kordia TV) this Saturday night 18 April from 6pm-midnight, using their very own TV platform Oriana TV, targeting New Zealand's Pacific communities.

And some of the music for Oriana TV (including this track) was composed/produced by Ross McDermott of AudioSuite at Lindale. A truly Kapiti-collective effort.
