Last night we had an open discussion strategy session as we change over to our new leadership team for the next 6 months. We clearly defined metrics and targets to take our group to the next level. Very exciting times ahead as we continue to grow together!

At this week's meeting we inducted our newest member Heidi from Clarity Cost Management, Professor Marc encouraged us to be brave and bold, we summarised our why we each started our businesses in 10 or less words and Alex from EasyPC gave 5 case studies of referrals through BNI to give some examples of their work.

1-2-1 meetings are the best way to narrow in on how you can help each other and where your overlaps and synergies lie. Quite often we hear an offering or an area of interest during our weekly chapter meetings which we can take note of, organise a 1-2-1 meeting with that person and explore it in more detail. It's not all business though, 1-2-1s are a great way to get to know each other on a more personal level too!
