Cross-cultural teamwork doesn't happen automatically. It's something you build, through communication, through consistency, through care.

At Baygold, our local staff and our RSE team from Vanuatu, Fiji and PNG work side by side every harvest. Over time, friendships form, traditions are shared, and skills are passed on.

Many of our RSE workers have been returning to Baygold for years, and it shows. Experienced hands train new team members. Trust is earned on both sides.

It's one of the things we're most proud of about how we operate. And it's a big reason why the work gets done so well.

Harvest 2026 is a wrap, but our commitment to community continues.

This month, Baygold partnered with YWAM Koha, a medical ship delivering free primary healthcare to remote communities across the Pacific, making a substantial contribution to their dry dock costs to help ensure this vital service can safely continue.

For many Pacific families, this support means access to care, relief, and dignity, and the ability to live healthier lives. Giving back is built into how we operate. Not as a gesture, as a value.

Our mission of $1 million in annual community support by 2030 isn't just a number. It's a promise to the people and places that make what we do possible.
