What actually happens in a Virtual Cocoon?

You arrive on Zoom at 11am. Quick intros. Then you're paired off into breakout rooms for a proper conversation, not a rushed elevator pitch. Then everyone comes back together and anyone who wants to can put a question, a plan, or a problem to the whole group.

You leave at 12 with two or three new names in your phone and a fresh angle on whatever you brought in.
