Protecting the annular space, for the lifetime of the asset.

Two products, two different jobs:

CaseCore Compenseal – a flexible EPDM collar for wall pe*******ons that need to move. Handles ±40 mm axial and radial movement from settlement or thermal expansion. Rated to 90°C, up to 1.0 bar. Ideal for building pe*******ons.

CaseCore End Seal – neoprene casing end seals that close off the annulus between inner pipe and casing pipe. Available for new installs or retro-fitting. Covering massive size range of 25mm-3000mm casing pipe.

Between the two, you've got new construction and retrofit covered and ensuring no risk of groundwater, gas, or backfill or silt migrating into the annulus of what you are sealing around.

For pipes and conductors passing through manhole walls and any concrete pe*******ons, CaseCore Rubber Puddle Fl**ges give you a hydrostatic seal that's part of the pour, not an afterthought.

✅Single and dual puddle options
✅Massive range covering 20mm -1400 mm pipe
✅ EPDM rubber, tested to 5 bar hydrostatic pressure
✅ Radon-tight and watertight
✅ Flat steel strip options (30x2, 30x3, 30x5 mm) for earthing and lightning protection conductors

The Dual version adds a second sealing profile for corrugated and flexible plastic pipe, where there is a concern the single flat seal won't grip the profile properly.

Perfect for foundations, pump stations, reservoirs, treatment plants. If it's cast in concrete and needs to prevent water tracking, this is the way to ensure the installation is done correctly.

One seal, three jobs: watertight, gas-tight, radon-tight.

CaseCore Link Seals close the gap between your mains or carrier pipe and the pe*******on or casing.
Two compounds, matched to what's going through the casing:

⚫Black EPDM – for steel, cast iron pipes and cables. Rated to 5.0 bar.
🔵Blue EPDM – softer rubber, built for HDPE, PVC and PP pipe. Rated to 3.0 bar.

Both available with galvanised or 316 stainless fasteners for corrosive or coastal sites. Operating range -40°C to +80°C.

Sleeving a pipe or duct on your next project? Its important to keep the carrier pipe centred, whatever's going through the casing.

CaseCore Pipe Spacers come in two systems and can be used on all pipe materials:

⚫Black range – bolted, high-strength polypropylene.
- KAS: 98-380mm OD, for small to medium installs
- KMS: 400-1200mm OD, fewer elements per ring, faster fit-up on big diameter pipe

⚪Raci range – screwless, modular, metal-free polyethylene.
- Seven spacer series covering 38-2500 mm OD
- Ball-shaped skids for low friction insertion
- Metal-free, so it's the pick for cathodically protected steel pipelines

Both suit steel, ductile iron, PVC, HDPE and many other carrier pipes.
