Sadly, my dad and I never had the chance to share a whisky on this journey, one that all began from actually stealing whisky from ! It was this amazing daddy who sparked my love of and the one who has supported me the entire way!

Thank you for always letting me steal your whisky, open every bottle that comes through the door, and too for being an amazing daddy. There’s no one else I’d rather drink whisky with, even if it has to be over FaceTime.

Paul John Oloroso Select Cask

Apricot, peach and molasses tease you into taking the dip, where you will be greeted with a soft palate of nutty chocolate and cake leading to a long and rich finish of heavy Oloroso spice, a touch of coffee mocha and dark chocolate.

A single malt that lives up to its name in every step of the way. A nose of soft smoke, Manuka honey, spice and red liquorice is the first enchanting encounter.

Then on first sip, you meet silky oat and honey that dances on a wave of spice. Deeper in you will find peat and dry molasses with a hint of copper which leads to a light finish of copper and mocha.
