Important elements to achieve a successful system setup.

1. Quality of Data helps us identify any quirks right from the beginning. How clean is your data?

2. Training Needs - it is not immediately apparent on how much training will be required until staff begin to apply themselves in a system, that is why we only begin training once the system is set up properly. This also helps manage the costs of training.

3. Nominating a system champion - means a number of things, it will help give your staff an opportunity to upskill, it will provide your team with comfort and confidence that they become the go-to person over time to maintain and keep the system and processes working smoothly.
