A simply stunning 1978 Mazda 929 Coupe (LHD) in radiant 70's green and velour interior. This car is in true time warp condition showing 51,600kms (32,000 miles) and would be one of the finest examples current available worldwide.

Sold new in Austria (Europe) in 1978, it was only driven for 3 years before being put in storage. Having recently been recommissioned which included an engine rebuild, a fresh coat of paint (in factory colour) and being put through compliance (in NZ) and issued a 12 month WOF - this exceptionally cool car is ready to be enjoyed by its new (only the second) owner.

The 1.8 OHC motor and 4 speed manual offers basic stress-free motoring and with 8.8L to 9.0L per 100km (26 - 30 mpg) is considerably cheaper to run than its rotary siblings.

This truly special car is quite simply spectacular and comes freshly complied with a 12 month WOF just issued.

Sold new in Austria, this 929 was only driven for 3 years from 1978 to 1981. The car was then stored before being recommissioned with the 1.8 piston motor being treated to an engine rebuild and the body a respray in the factory green

The interior presents exceptionally well with 70's velour in brown of course and the original owner optioned tinted glass but not a radio (blank off plate)
