Feeling like a low carb snack??

'Cucumber Crackers' are perfect for whenever you need a wee pick me up.

Open your favourite small tin of tuna (lemon pepper is a goodie) Pop on some parsley a little salt n pepper and bobs your uncle xx

You can add any of your favourite toppings- there's no wrong or right way (unless you smear it with Nutella)

Perfect simple and cheap lunch box snacks made with eggs, (the not so pretty one does taste pretty though I swear) 😬

(Cottage cheese, eggs and spices in a piece of 98% fat free ham used as a cupcake base) .... Normally add onions too but I was in a rush- so quick , so easy.

These are pretty much cupcakes for men πŸ‘¨πŸ΄... Orr for healthy eaters wanting to trim up. Bon appetite πŸ‘

MUSHROOMS ..... (grilled first) can be used as replacement 'buns' for your burgers... I just made mine with creme cheese...

MUSHROOMS ..... (grilled first) can be used as replacement 'buns' for your burgers... I just made mine with creme cheese , avocado, lettuce tomato, red onion and a minced chicken patty.

My fries aren't the norm either.....their capsicums 'fries'.... this is the A+ healthy version but sweet potato homemade fries are also great substitutes :)

I love playing around with food ideas and making things healthy.
who said you can't play with your food? ...you can too ;)

This is honestly the most uncomfortable thing I have done in my entire life, but beauty is not on the outside.
I am doing this to help those who are self conscious worry less about how they look, and concentrate on their journey.

Am thinking of starting an outdoor exercise class late mornings so parents who drop their kids off at school/kindy can go straight to a fitness class.
will hold it where I hold my PT sessions- next to the tennis courts in frankton.
Thinking of doing them monday to friday...

Also... a late night session- maybe 8pm? for locals that find it hard to find a fitness class that suits their hours.

Prices will be $10 a session :)

lets get outdoors , release some endorphins , get fit and enjoy this warm weather.
