Position Title: Charity Brand Ambassador

Reports to: Campaign Manager

Major Functions:

This is an essential role to the charity. You are the face of the charity spreading awareness and bringing in donations to further help the cause.

Responsibilities:

Create a positive public awareness for the cause and its efforts
Actively engage the public to create awareness
Lead the campaign in ongoing contributions
Lead fundraisers in the direct engagement of the general public through mall events, house visits, and road trips

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales
Effective communication and time management skills
Passion to do good in the world
Core values include: Engagement, positivity, and determination
Meet or exceed given KPI's

The description above covers an overview of anticipated essential tasks. Some additional tasks may be assigned based on the needs of the organization. The pay rate of $20.41 NZD not including weekly bonuses and does have the potential to grow.

Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator (open to remote)

Reports to: Program Manager

Job Type: Part-time (20-30 hours per week)

Major Functions:

This is an essential role within our New Zealand office. The candidate must be in the Wellington area but can work remotely the majority of the time. This position requires a very high level of communication skills. You will be the face and first contact of the organization. It is imperative you are able to find the best talent while properly representing the organization to the highest standards. You will be the sole recruiter for all of New Zealand. We have 3 offices in need of constant staffing including our main office in Wellington.

Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting (Reviewing resumes, candidate screening, conducting interviews)
Onboarding and offboarding employees
Advertising open positions on job boards, social media, and company website
Create and manage job descriptions, job requisitions, and ads
Partner with Hiring Managers to find staffing goals in each location
Responsible for additional administrative functions
All onboarding and offboarding administrative practices
Sourcing additional talented candidates by think outside the box

Requirements:

Must have experience with an ATS
1 year of recruitment or HR experience
Experience with HRIS systems are not required but preferred

Ability to transition between project seamlessly
Open to helping within all aspects of the organization
