A knowing bouquet of dark plum, cherry, blueberry, floral and herb notes rise like a tale from an old sea captain, pipe in hand, and his warm weathered leather jacket scented with voyages past. A story of everything loved about Central Otago, home, comforting but intriguing. The finish lingers like his voice telling one last tale by lantern light, steady, wise and impossible to forget.

Beautifully perfumed rose petal and berries and looks prettier than a sunset over Resolution Island. Balanced fruit sweetness and fresh acidity with a length longer than the lead weighted lines of Captain Cook’s sailers when they recorded the depths of the uncharted Fiordland waters. A sure thing to bring the entire crew together to cheers, reflect, capture moments and celebrate.
