If you could bottle a day at Kinross, it might look a little like this.

A gorgeous pink sunrise over the vines, a bistro lunch with friends and a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir to warm you up on a chilly winters day.

Beat the winter slump and come hang out with us. Open daily from 11am.

What a fantastic afternoon we had on Saturday with Wild Irishman.

A huge thank you to the Wild Irishman team for sharing their incredible wines, stories, and passion with us. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying great company and some of Central Otago’s finest wines in such a beautiful setting.

It’s always a pleasure bringing people together to celebrate the region’s outstanding wine and we’re grateful to everyone who joined us and made the day so memorable.

Wild Irishman ‘Macushla’ Gibbston 2025 Pinot Noir has arrived, and it is remarkable.

‘Macushla’ is a term of endearment derived from the Irish Gaelic phrase mo chuisle, which literally translates to “my pulse” or “my vein/blood”.

Crafted by Wild Irishman’s winemakers Brian Shaw and Alan Brady from 100% handpicked fruit, Macushla is deeply rooted in Gibbston and builds beautifully on the success of its predecessors.

Complex and multi-layered, the 2025 vintage delivers depth and persistence, offering a compelling snapshot of Gibbston in a single season.

The release follows another exciting milestone for Wild Irishman, recently recognised in the Real Reviews Top Wineries of New Zealand, rising to number 20 on the list.
