At Nautilus Estate, our story with Méthode Marlborough began in 1991 — when we released our very first Cuvée, built on a Pinot Noir-led style that continues to define us today.

Traditional methode winemaking is never rushed. It’s a quiet, patient process — from vineyard to bottle, through years on lees — where every step is guided by hand, instinct and experience.
