Boring it is not 🍇 One morning we’re burying cow horns full of manure, next we’re sprinting across the block because the goat’s found the riesling again and reckons it’s a buffet. Biodynamic farming keeps us humble — we’re not just growing grapes; we’re reading the moon, the soil, the whole ecosystem. No two vintages are alike, and no two days are the same.

Thank you, Michael Cooper, for awarding our 2024 Pinot Gris five stars 🧡’Certified organic and crafted in a dry style, this is one of the region’s finest Pinot Gris. Light lemon/green, the 2024 vintage (*****) is mouthfilling and finely textured, with strong, vibrant peach, lychee and pear flavours, gentle spicy notes, savoury notes adding complexity, balanced acidity and a dry, lingering finish. A generous, very harmonious wine.’

Soil regeneration takes time. Cow horn manure buried through winter. Preparations stirred before dawn. Pits dug by hand. For over twenty years Seresin Estate has been worked biodynamically and we can see the vitality it brings to the vineyard.
