2. CIVIL REGISTRY SERVICES (Report of Birth, Marriage and Death)
By appointment only. Secure your appointment at https://booking.philembassy.org.nz/ . Applications will only be received onsite. Once the documents have been processed, these will be sent back to the applicant via a client-provided return courier bag. 3. FILING OF APPLICATIONS for RETENTION and REACQUISITION OF PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP (R.A. 9225)
