We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand Roofer who can take charge on-site, lead from the front, and deliver high-quality roofing projects with pride.

This isn’t a “just turn up and nail sheets” role.
We want someone with a leadership mindset, strong standards, and the ability to keep crews productive, professional, and accountable.

If you’re sick of poor management, low standards, or carrying weak crews — this is your opportunity to join a company that backs good roofers properly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leading roofing crews and subcontractors on-site
• Delivering high-quality metal roofing and wall cladding projects
• Training and developing junior/intermediate roofers
• Managing site safety, workflow, and productivity
• Organising materials and keeping projects running smoothly
• Completing quality checks and client handovers
• Communicating with Project Managers and Operations daily
• Leading by example with attitude, workmanship, and professionalism
