We are currently looking to employ a Factory Production Worker
Full-time, Fixed term (possibility of permanent)
Days of work- Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:30 (40 hours per week) - ASAP Start

We are a third-generation family-owned business where the staff are whanau. This is a 6-month fixed term role, with a possibility of permanent appointment.

• The Production Worker is the backbone of the manufacturing process. Our Production Workers are “hands on” and involved in all facets of the production process from our cutting tables through to our pack and dispatch team. A Production Worker can directly influence company performance through productivity, product quality, the “7 wastes” and workflows.
• Production Workers will develop many skills as they will be trained to be competent at each workstation within the factory environment.
• Use and operate machinery as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) relevant to the workstation.
• Service and maintain machinery to production standards and report any maintenance requirements
• Actively participate and create team culture around workplace Health and Safety, communication, trust and teamwork.
Kilwell has a drug free policy, and the successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and police background screening.
