Fat sacks/ballast bags add weight to create a bigger wake but they often suffer from cracks and leaks. The ports on both these bags had broken and were leaking. I was able to make up a collar arrangement which is strong, flexible and waterproof.

When ski biscuits and other equipment are used in salt water, the zips often deteriorate and become unusable. If this has happened to your ski biscuit, we can fit a new plastic zip and slider. Repair rather than replace.

This lovely little tender is actually 20 years old but it still looks brand new. A small repair to an accidental puncture and its back to work.

Just some small tidy up jobs on this RIB. I was able to source a new handle exactly the same as the others.

I have fixed these three over the last two days. The ski biscuit had a puncture and a broken zip which is getting replaced by a local upholsterer. The SUP had a blown out seam and the spa needed some repairs to the wall.

I spent some time at Rotorua Rafting today doing some routine maintenance and strengthening. These rafts provide an awesome experience for thousands of people every year. Its a must do attraction when visiting Rotorua and it was great to work with such well organized, friendly people.
