Harvest is in, the tanks are full, and that feels like a very good reason to celebrate!

This Friday we’re kicking off a little Harvest Party Happy Hour at the tasting room - a relaxed evening to celebrate the vintage with good wine, good music, and a few nibbles to share. We’ll have:

🍷 Discounted wines by the glass
🎶 DJ Viktor (Just Sven) on the decks
🧀 A few snacks on us
🥂 Pickers’ perk: first glass of bubbles is on the house!

A very exciting harvest from our young Chardonnay vines! We have a feeling Chardonnay is going to play a big role in Central Otago’s future - as we often tell our guests, “if you can grow Pinot Noir, you can grow Chardonnay!” We’re so happy to be bringing these grapes in 🥰

And we’re off!! Harvest 2026 is officially underway 🍇
Today we’re kicking things off with our first Pinot Noir pick, destined for our Gold Digger Sparkling Rosé. Grapes are looking gorgeous, weather is holding (just!), and the enthusiasm is high. It’s a very good day at Māori Point Vineyard 🥰

Tomorrow is the big day! We can’t wait for sun and salmon and to share some delicious wines with you at this year’s !
