With Autumn starting to show her true colours in the vineyard, it's time to release our "Life on Mars" - White Blend.

A blend of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling. Life on Mars is a medium bodied, aromatic white with floral notes of green apple, pear and a hint of honeysuckle. Slightly oily in mouth-feel with a bright line of acidity cleaning the palate and keeping it oh so fresh.

It takes many moving parts to pull off a successful harvest and 2022 was no different…we had 29 picking legends (ranging between 2.5 & 70yrs of age), 11 B&E Pies, 72 hotxbuns, 6 bee stings, Zero Covid cases but 1 extremely virulent & gnarly tummy bug, coffee for days and far too many Coopers to count….

Thank you to each & every one of you who helped out, we honestly couldn’t have done it without you and appreciate the love & support! ❤️

6 years ago today marks the start of Unkel. I can’t work out if it feels like just last month or a lifetime ago…at times both. But what I can say is that it's been one very enjoyable, rewarding and special journey so far and we thank every one of you for your love and support!
