We are looking for an all-rounder - someone who is keen to learn on a saw, who can help out in traffic management and do quality control. We provide all the training and it's all NZQA accredited.

The last session with Rosann tomorrow for central crew😢
Akl crew in a couple of weeks.

We started working with her in April this year. We have been lucky to have all of these guys part of our teams for many years and lets just say they are very qualified in a very massive range forestry skills.

Here at Tombleson Logging we feel that everyone’s learning journey should never end and believe that personal growth is really important. So we teamed up with Roseann to run 12 half day sessions in Auckland and 6 full day sessions in Taupo with 8 of our leader/managers.

The focus of these sessions is on the “soft skills” required to lead and manage others.

Roseann has taken us through a number of assessments and questions around self-discovery which she believes is a very important part of our personal leadership journey.
We have covered everything from our learning styles (VARK), public speaking, courageous conversations and correct delegation techniques to the key elements to leading a high performing teams and so so so much more. 😍

Roseann I am looking forward to working with you again, and getting the whole team time with you. Thank you
