Before you start working offline, make sure you complete an Offline File Download. This ensures all the work you complete while offline is properly saved back into OSHTrak once you reconnect.

✅ Your updates will then be available for all users to view across the system.
✅ Helps prevent lost data or missing records.
✅ Keeps everyone working from the latest information.

Taking a minute to download your offline files before heading out can save a lot of time later 👍

🚧 How to Send Contractor Agreements in OSHTrak 🚧

Getting your contractors set up and compliant is quick and easy in OSHTrak. Here’s how to do it:

1️⃣ Add Your Contractor & Workers
Create your contractor company and add their workers.
👉 Tip: Make sure each worker has an email address entered.

2️⃣ Create a Contractor Agreement Link
Generate a new agreement link directly in OSHTrak.

3️⃣ Select & Share
Choose the contractor you want to send it to and click Share.

📩 That’s it!
Your contractor will receive an email with a link to digitally sign the agreement before arriving onsite.

Simple. Fast. Paperless. ✅
