The Dropzone, a large indoor entertainment centre with fun for all ages under one roof! Housing a 10 lane Tenpin Bowling Alley, Ninja Course, Bounce Park, and Indoor Multi-level Playground. Accompanied by a Cafe with freshly brewed Local Coffee a

nd treats, plus a Pizza and Burger restaurant with a licensed bar, what more could we want! Suga Mummas world famous dessert bar, A dessert bar offering tantalising treats like no other, come in and meet Suga Mumma herself. Try her amazing range of Gelatos, Premium Ice Creams, Sorbets, Deluxe Thickshakes and fancy treats! Cafe Lacus, the Lake Taupo Eatery serves a wide range of à la carte menu, cabinet food options, sweet treats, and a wide range of drinks. WOW! We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the response to our Cleaner position. A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to apply. We received an incredible number of applications and were blown away by the quality of candidates interested in joining our team.

Ready to be part of Taupō's newest indoor attraction?

We're looking for enthusiastic team members to join the crew at DIGGER ZONE – our brand-new hands-on attraction featuring RC diggers, excavators, dump trucks, tanks and more!

This is not your average customer service role. You'll be helping guests of all ages have an awesome experience while keeping the attraction running smoothly and safely.

What you'll be doing:
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Teaching customers how to operate the RC vehicles
• Supervising sessions and ensuring safe operation
• Troubleshooting minor issues
• Managing multiple groups and activities at once
• Creating a fun experience for kids and adults alike
• Keeping the attraction clean and presentable

What we're looking for:
✅ Available to work BOTH Saturday and Sunday (essential)
✅ Confident in a busy environment
✅ Quick thinker and problem solver
✅ Friendly and great with people of all ages
✅ Patient with little kids and enthusiastic big kids
✅ Reliable, punctual and a team player
✅ Happy to get your hands dirty! You'll be changing batteries, carrying out basic vehicle checks, and using simple tools like screwdrivers to keep our fleet ready for action.

Bonus points for:
⭐ RC vehicle experience
⭐ Customer service, hospitality or retail experience
⭐ An interest in machinery, construction equipment, or anything with wheels and tracks

Casual/Part-time hours available, with potential for additional shifts across The Landing precinct.

We're on the hunt for a reliable and motivated cleaner to help keep our venues looking their best.

This is a sole charge position, so we're looking for someone who can work independently, take pride in their work, and keep things running to a high standard without needing supervision.

Position details:
• Up to 20 hours per week
• 5 days per week
• Cleaning completed during closed hours (approximately 10:00pm–9:00am)
• Sole charge position

You will be responsible for cleaning:
• Dropzone public areas
• Sit n Spin Laundromat
• The Landing public toilets

We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Trustworthy
✔ Self-motivated
✔ Hard-working
✔ Honest
✔ Reliable
✔ Has an eye for detail
✔ Takes pride in maintaining high standards
