Ready to step up? Or already supervising somewhere and fancy a change of scenery? We're looking for a Shift Supervisor to join the team at Dropzone.

This isn't your average hospo job. One minute you're overseeing a busy bowling floor, the next you're helping with a birthday party, sorting a customer query, supporting the bar or making sure the team is exactly where they need to be.

We're looking for someone who is:

🙌 Confident leading a team
⭐ Great with people
🧠 Calm under pressure
💪 Happy to get stuck in
⏰ Reliable – this one's important!
🍻 Experienced in hospitality, retail, tourism or customer service

Previous supervisory experience is ideal and a Duty Manager's Certificate is a bonus – or you'll need to be willing and eligible to obtain one.

You'll need to be available across a 7-day rotating roster, including some evenings and weekends.

This is a great weekend job for someone 16+ who is confident, friendly and happy working independently.

You’ll be looking after our mini golf hut and helping keep Swingers running smoothly, including:

⛳ Opening or closing for the day
🙋 Welcoming and chatting with customers
💳 Taking payments and getting players underway
🧹 General day-to-day duties and keeping things tidy
👍 Following instructions and getting the jobs done
⚡ Keeping yourself busy and finding things to do during quieter periods

Because you’ll often be working on your own, we need someone who is reliable, responsible and confident dealing with customers.

Weekend availability is essential, and you must be available to work throughout our busy summer season, including the Christmas school holidays.

🚨 UPDATE: THE OOSHIES HAVE BEEN DELETED 🎮😂

After a slightly longer battle than we would have liked, we’re pleased to report that the Ooshies have officially been evicted from the Dropzone network! 🫡

Our arcade system is BACK UP AND RUNNING and the games are ready to go! 🙌

A huge thank you for your patience while we worked behind the scenes to get everything sorted — and apologies to anyone who visited while the arcades were out of action.
