JOIN THE TEAM – PRITCHARD CONTRACTING

Pritchard Contracting is looking for motivated, reliable staff to join our team for the upcoming agricultural season based in Taupō, New Zealand.

We’re a busy agricultural contracting business specialising in silage and cultivation work, operating modern gear in one of the best parts of the country. Seasonal positions are available, with opportunities for permanent roles for the right people.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience operating tractors, silage machinery, loaders, or cultivation equipment is preferred
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work long hours during peak season
• Ability to work well in a team and look after machinery

Season details:

• Season generally runs from September through to March/April depending on conditions
• Variety of work across silage, cultivation, and general agricultural operations
• Competitive pay based on experience

What we offer:
